What’s Involved With Our Medication Management Services?

At Luvita, we understand the importance of treating both the mind and the body in order to achieve overall wellness. Our medication management services are designed to do exactly this by combining evidence-based pharmaceutical and conventional medicine with other non-pharmacological modalities such as supplements, diet, and lifestyle coaching.

We specialize in treating treatment-resistant conditions, which are conditions that often do not go away with traditional therapies. Our holistic, patient-centered approach is designed to identify and treat the underlying causes of these conditions, rather than just treating the symptoms.

Conditions Treated

Our services are designed to promote emotional well-being and can help address a number of conditions, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Chronic pain syndromes
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Drug and alcohol dependency
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder
  • Eating disorders
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder
  • Insomnia

What Do Our Medication Management Services Entail

Initial visit (60-90 minutes)

During this visit, patients will receive a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation for diagnosis and to determine the best course of treatment. This evaluation involves a review of your medical history, questionnaires, and targeted laboratory testing.

We take into account patient preferences and work with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan that works for them.

Follow-up visits (15-30 minutes)

During these visits, patients will receive an evaluation and assessment to track treatment progress. This includes monitoring symptoms, side effects, and medication effectiveness. Based on the assessment, any necessary treatment adjustments will be discussed and implemented.

The frequency of follow-up appointments is initially set to one visit every 2-4 weeks based on individual needs. As treatment starts to take effect and improvements are seen, appointments may be adjusted to one visit every few months.

Enjoy Convenience With Our Telepsychiatry Services

We also offer a convenient and secure telepsychiatry service to patients throughout Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. With this service, both initial consultation and follow-up therapy appointments can be done via video conferencing from the comfort and safety of your own home.

This enables us to serve those who do not live near our clinic or have difficulty accessing care due to social or physical barriers, while still offering the same level of excellent services we’re known for.
